From 2014-2020, the property was home to Legacy Saddlebreds, a state-of-the-art horseback riding academy and training facility. Throughout that time, Legacy Saddlebreds grew to be one of the largest riding complexes in the Southeast, introducing thousands of people to horses, in particular, the American Saddlebred. Nationally recognized instructors and trainers shared their passion for riding to students young and old, from recreational riders to competitors, proudly producing multiple National Champions, World Cup Gold Medalists and World Champions.
